What is the best POS system for a small business in Windsor?
It depends on your type of business and counter space. Many restaurants and stores choose an all-in-one terminal like the Optima APOS-05, while smaller cafés and shops often go with the compact APOS-04. AAA Cash Controls can recommend the right fit and set it up locally.
Does an Optima POS system have monthly fees?
No. Optima terminals are a one-time hardware purchase with GoPOS software included. There is no monthly software fee, and updates are included for the life of the terminal.
Do you sell cash registers in Windsor?
Yes. AAA Cash Controls sells and services cash registers and POS supplies in Windsor, as well as Optima touchscreen POS systems.
Can I use Moneris or my bank's payment terminal?
In most cases, yes. The APOS Series connects through Datacap to Canadian processors including Moneris, TD, Global Payments and PayFacto, using a separate PIN pad.
Does it work if the internet goes down?
Yes. GoPOS stores your menu, prices and sales on the terminal, so you can keep ringing in orders during an outage. Card payments still need a connection.
